House town center 120 square meters, 3 bedrooms, garage, courtyard and terrace closed and quiet:
- 200 m. thermal baths (Choussy and Grands Thermes), shops, casino..
- 200 m. shuttles leading to Sancy,
- 5 min walk from Fenestre park: huge, very green park with a variety of play modules for young and old (drop-in daycare 2 and a half to 4 years) at the top of the park.
- 7 km of ski slopes (cross-country, alpine)
- From the house: possibility to start hiking, V.T.T., snowshoeing ...
House completely renovated recently (reinforced insulation),
with very nice open view of the surrounding mountains.
The houses are also equipped with Internet with WIFI (from December 2016).
Covered and closed garage + outdoor space in front of the house.
On the ground floor:
- Spacious entrance with coat racks
- Large laundry room with washing machine, water point and space to store skis, snowshoes, bikes ..
- Very quiet wooden courtyard behind the house with garden furniture.

- Fully equipped kitchen area: large fridge with independent freezer, 4-gas hob, recent built-in oven (fan, pizza, etc.), 10/12 place setting dishwasher, double sink, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, raclette + all the necessary kitchen and cutlery.
- Dining area for 10 people.
- Lounge area with new, high-quality 140 cm BZ (2 sleeping places), 40 "flat screen TV, DVD, Freeview.
- 1 bedroom with a 90 bed and 2 bunk beds in 90 (3 places).
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 places).
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 places).
