La proximité du centre ville. La tranquillité et propreté des lieux,

Appartement vieillot. La sécurité est à revoir. Serrure datant du début du 20 ème siècle. Pour un rez de chaussé, les volets restent en positon ouverte, impossible de les fermer. Malgré une grande cour, impossible d'y garer la voiture qui reste sans la rue. Ce qui me choque c'est d'avoir dû débourser 12 € pour obtenir des draps, condition qui n'apparait pas dans la description du logement.

Notre séjour d'une nuit est jugé passable : prix intéressant car logement d'une autre époque (1980?)

Bon emplacement, calme et à proximité du centre-ville. Prix intéressant.

L'appartement est vieillissant. Il est certain que de gros travaux sont à prévoir pour le rendre plus agréable (ex : remplacer plancher qui craque et n'est pas de niveau par une dalle) et le mettre au goût du jour. A notre arrivée, il nous a semblé que les lieux étaient abandonnés : la cour est mal entretenue et les volets des appartements constituant l'immeuble étaient pour la plupart fermés. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait récemment. Du coup, dans le doute, nous n'avons pas utilisé la vaisselle.

Bien placé, spacieux

Les draps sont en supplément, mais on ne le sait pas avant d'avoir payé. Et quand on réserve à la dernière minute, l'hôte ne peut pas nous en fournir, car il n'habite pas à proximité ! On a donc du dormir sans draps ni couvertures !!

Pas des hôtes mais des aubergistes, attention.

La vue

Services des hôtes : la dame nous a signalé qu'il s'agit d'une auberge, hors ce n'est pas stipulé dans l'annonce. On a demandé un rouleau de papier toilette supplementaire (stipulé dans l'annonce) car celui dans l'appartement était presque finit. Sa reponse : "vous devez acheter tout ce que vous utiliserez, c'est une auberge". Nous sommes partis l'acheter et en revenant à l'appartement elle nous a deposé un rouleau, trop tard. Bruit de pas des voisins du dessus et les murs fins.

À éviter absolument, ce logement ne devrait pas être proposé à la location!

L'emplacement est superbe, à proximité des restaurants et des rues piétonnes pour visiter

L'annonce n'est plus à jour Photos non contractuelles,entre les photos et la vérité il y a 1an. Le Petit sms rigolo de la location de la literie 12€ et du ménage 50€ en liquides à mettre dans la boîte aux lettres à notre départ. Chut! Il ne faut pas que Booking puisse prendre 20% sur le petit supplément. Ils sont au courant, Les futurs voyageurs ? Il ne faut pas venir avant et il ne faut pas faire chier parce que le propriétaire a un travail à côté. La Salle de jeux est en bordel, rien d'utilisable, à l'abandon. Le hall d'entrée est en bordel, des objets en tout genres. Le buffet de l'entrée a un cahier pour les avis, bizarre il n'y a pas beaucoup de pages présentes... Vous voulez un lit bébé? Débrouillez-vous! il est sur l'armoire au rez-de-chaussée ( pas visible sans le savoir lorsque l'on passe devant. La réponse a été reçue par le propriétaire à Minuit passé, ma demande pour le lit: 10 jours avant, mais il était trop difficile de le préparer dans l'appartement! L'appartement est situé au 2eme à gauche . Le linge de lit est en supplément dans un sac des courses (Babou). L'odeur de linge est forte et provoque des maux de tête. Sans doute, une lessive bon marché! On a utilisé nos draps car l'odeur était trop forte pour notre fille de 2 ans qui, en l'absence d'un lit bébé a dû dormir entre nous. La décoration et l'ameublement ont été récupérés chez emmaus , la moitié des objets sont abîmés où non fonctionnels. Dans la salle de bain, les travaux sommaires ont effectués par le propriétaire...il y a 3 ans d'après les commentaires clients. Le sol de la cabine de douche est cassé ---> du silicone a été tartiné. Il y a une fuite sur le robinet des WC (un Petit bol pour récupérer l'eau) , le press étoupe est à resserrer. Si jamais --->google. ou changer les WC carrément.

Linge de lit en supplément, idem serviettes de bain, 1 rouleau de papier toilette pour 4 pour 2 jours, pas de torchon, éponge sale mis à disposition, aspirateur qui sent mauvais, odeur de pieds dans la salle de bain, peintures délabrées, moisissures évier cuisine, prise qui ne fonctionne pas, absence de rideau de douche, fuite d'eau lavabo, absence capteur incendie, pas de disjoncteur différentiel 30mA par logement. Prix prohibitif pour la prestation. On voit que ce qui compte c'est de faire un maximum d'argent pour moins que le minimum. Propriétaire très peut coutois dans sa manière de communiquer. Heureusement que la région est très belle ça aurait pu nous gâcher le week-end. Jamais vu cela! A éviter!

Des prestations indiquées sur l’annonce n’étaient pas présentes : babyfoot hors d’usage, table de ping pong très vieille, court de tennis non praticable car couvert de mousse et d’échafaudages. La location de vélos n’était pas proposée. Nous aurions aimé être informés au préalable de ces éléments…

Slechtste ooit geboekt via booking.com

Wij hadden onze slechtste ervaring met een Boeking tot nu toe.

Na boeking ontvingen wij een mail van de eigenaar dat er extra betaald moest worden voor beddengoed en handdoeken. Bovendien moest er betaald worden voor de eindschoonmaak. Vooraf was hier niets over vermeldt. In het appartement bleek inderdaad niets voorbereid. De eigenaar deelde telefonisch mee om 22.00 uur lakens en handdoeken te brengen. Daarna hebben wij besloten te vertrekken. Booking.com is nog in onderhandeling met de eigenaar om de betaalde kosten te verhalen.

Très rustique, dans son jus, convient pour une nuit de dépannage en l'état

L' emplacement à proximité des restaurants et du centre ville

Vétusté du bâtiment, mal entretenue, dommage car du potentiel. Pas de papier toilette malgré avoir informé l'hôte : aucune réponse. Pas correct de sa part, de plus , nous étions avec des enfants, heureusement des restaurants nous ont depanné, merci a eux. Pas d' éponge propre, pas de liquide vaisselle (ou un résidu avec de l'eau dedans), pas de savon... Des toiles d'araignées aux plafonds.. équipements cuisine vétustes. Volets qui ne ferment pas tous, des volets manquants et/ou détériorés. Salle de jeux dans un état déplorable (moisi, mur humide, odeur de moisie, canapé sale, babyfoot non fonctionnel et très sale...) Terrain de tennis inexploitable, des bouts de toitures sont tombés sur le terrain, terrain a l' abandon. Heureusement nous ne restions qu'une nuit, nous ne serions pas restés plus longtemps. On apprécierait un minimum (du savon, du papier toilette et un ou deux torchons! ) Rapport qualité-prix trop cher.

Très agréable. De belles balades, Besse est une ville médiévale à découvrir.

Logement très agréable, bien équipé qui évoque l'intérieur d'un chalet. Il est situé juste à côté du cœur de ville à pied et à proximité de l'arrêt de bus pour arriver de la gare de Clermont et pour se rendre à Super Besse. A proximité aussi d'une grande surface.
