The romantic Mediterranean Finca Vistasol is only less than a kilometer outside of Sant Joan with unspoilt uninterrupted sea village and close to the famous museum-manor Els Calderers. In a quiet, nature-conscious and agriculturally embossed around holidays and relaxation are paramount.
The lovingly renovated finca is situated on a 4000 sqm plot and has approximately 65 square meters enough space for up to four people. With the exception of the gallery bedroom, which overlooks the cozy living area and is accessible via a narrow staircase, all rooms are at ground level. The mezzanine bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. By sloping roof can not stand fully upright. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, which can be used instead of a gallery room as a bedroom. The house is for couples for romantic days, a family vacation with children or four adults not only by its central location in the island's interior and the proximity to the original village of Sant Joan the ideal residence. Within walking distance of the village with a few shops and restaurants can be reached.
