About this house rental
A charming country house, endowed with its original stone facade and located in the countryside.
It consists of a large bright living room with open kitchen, fully equipped. Two bedrooms equipped with a double bed each in antique wood and equipped with a comfortable mattress. At your disposal two modern bathrooms, one of them ensuite, highlighting the beautiful tiles of the work shower.
The farm "Son Julià" is surrounded by countryside and small forests. It can be defined as the ideal place to disconnect and enjoy magnificent views as well as the pleasures of the countryside. Large porch attached to the house with large table and barbecue, outdoor pool and umbrella. It also has several sun loungers near the pool as well as a small table with 4 chairs in front of the house. In the furthest part of the house is an impressive stone table in the shade of the trees suitable for an outdoor picnic.
Surroundings:
The property is located near the monastery of Montesión, 2 km from Porreres, whose origin dates back to the fourteenth century. The sanctuary is located at the top of the mountain next to the chapel and the cloister, offering spectacular views over the Manacor area.
Weekly market in Porreres every Tuesday morning.
The nearest beaches are located in the southern and eastern part of the island, half an hour from the farm: coves of Mallorca and Sa Rapita.
There are several quality vineyards and numerous wineries in the vicinity of Porreres such as Son Artigues or Ca'n Feliu.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.
Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern von Innen eingerichtet. Von Außen wurden alle alten Bausubstanzen erhalten.
Auch der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön. Der Pool bietet viel Platz und genügend Tiefe zum schwimmen.
Wir wurden lieb von der Hausbesitzern empfangen, Joana spricht jedoch nur spanisch. Aber mir Händen und Füßen konnten wir uns dennoch gut verständigen. Joana hat uns sogar noch was zum Frühstück vorbei gebracht.
Die Finca ist sehr abgeschieden, was heißt das man sehr viel Ruhe und erholsame Tage haben kann.
Verbesserungsvorschläge:
• Küchenausstattung gerne ein paar neue scharfe Messer
• ein großer Kochtopf wäre auch super
• neue Schneidebretter
• das Bett in einem Schlafzimmer ist sehr kurz und vorallem mit geschlossenem Fußende für Personen ab 1,70 m wird es schwierig in dem Bett zu schlafen
• der Standort der Finca für Maps ist schlecht definiert, das Navi sendet einen immer über die zwei umliegenden Straßen, man muss den Standpunkt etwas mehr an den Strassenanfang setzten
• ein paar gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten im Küchenaussenbereich wären toll
Kleine Nachteile:
• der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein
