entrance living room-kitchen with double sofa bed, wardrobe-cabin, extendable dining table, kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob (external tank). LCD color TV. They provide supplied crockery and everything you need to cook.
Master bedroom very spacious with wardrobes, dressers' and baby bed until 3 years (foldable). panoramic view over the Gulf of Marciana Marina.

outdoor terrace with washing machine and clothesline.
Parking in front of the building, bank, post office, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, food village center at 50mt from the house.
Distance from the sea: 5-minute drive from Sant'Andrea Beach, 6 km from the center of Marciana Marina
