We offer a large apartment on the ground floor, shared courtyard.
Renovated and with a surface 100m2, it offers 3 bedrooms and sleeps 9 with the possibility of adding a cot for baby.
Located in a quiet area our accommodation is close to public transport (station 10 minutes by subway, 5 minutes from the A13) and family activities (forest, museum, garden plants, banks of the Seine ...).
Near the Zenith of Rouen (5min), ideal for attending shows or concerts or participate in exhibitions, also near the Kindarena for major sporting events.
Here is the composition of the apartment:
- 2 double bedrooms with dressing room
- 1 bedroom with a single bed + double bed, office with dressing room
- Comfortable and spacious stay with sofa bed
- equipped kitchen with washing machine
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate WC
