This apartment is brand new and fitted out to a very good standard. Plenty of towels and all the means needed to make holidaying in El Cotillo easy. It's position results in easy parking and a nice view inland toward Lajares. It is in easy walking distance of both the old and new harbour areas as well a the local El Cotillo beaches. El Cotillo is very relaxed and pleasant to stay if you wish to switch off from the usual hectic style of the larger holiday areas. Our stay was through the whole of January and February and consequently the shared (unheated) pool was a bit too cold during that period. However, this should not be an issue when outside the winter time. Overall this is a very nice property and nice place to stay.

We stayed in the apartment in el Cotillio during the latter half of December until the beginning of January with our family of 4 people (with two adult kids). The apartment was large enough to comfortably live there for almost 3 weeks. It was very nice and clean. The owner's love for detail was visible in every corner. She even put up a little christmas tree for us, as we arrived just before Christmas. The apartment had everything we needed, extra blankets for the beds as well as the beach, the kitchen was very well equipped (it even had a mixer!). The apartment has washing machine. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and could sunbath there in the evening, all protected from the ever-present wind from which the island seems to have its name. The supermarket (with fresh rolls every morning), as well as a few cafes, some bars and the beach is at walking distance of max. 5 minutes. The old harbor with more restaurants is reached after an about 7 minutes stroll along the coastline. The owner is a very nice lady who was ready to help us with everything we needed.
