This apartment is great. The location is fabulous, a short walk to a great beach, and if you walk a little further the beach is even more wonderful (the bay near La Concha beach cafe). The apartment itself is spacious, with a garden space and a large sunny balcony. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped.
The set up of the apartment block (swimming pool enclosed by apartments) is such that it can get a bit noisy if people staying in other apartments are a bit noisy. I think we were unlucky in that regards, as two apartments were rented by families who new each other and tended to converse across the courtyard shouting from balcony to balcony. But I assume that when you visit outside of the standard school-holiday period, this place is just perfect/ much less noisy. And even now it was not at all extreme, but it was noticeable.

Fantastic location, only a 2 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. Front patio area has 2 sun loungers and gets the sun all day.
Double bed could do with an improved mattress and bed frame.
