About this house rental
Casita Paradiso Perduto is a private casita located in the community of Playa Litibu. There are many rental properties in Litibu, most of which have multiple shared spaces, and multiple accommodations at one property. We offer our guests absolute privacy with no shared spaces. The casita property is very large and we cater to smaller groups 4 maximum, with couples being our ideal guests. We try to incorporate the little things into every aspect from linens to appliances, to make our guests stay comfortable and memorable. The Litibu community is quiet, remote and boasts an expansive beautiful beach. Guests who enjoy cooking will appreciate the casita terrace outdoor kitchen & grill. It is a lovely place to prepare your food and dine, a spacious terrace with oversize comfortable patio furniture, a dining table with up to 5 chairs, full size fridge, ceramic 5 burner cooktop, microwave with broiler and oven capacity, propane BBQ, toaster, blender, juicer, coffee maker and all modern kitchen gadgets. Linen napkins, cloths and hammock. The inside of the casita has a private washroom with toilet, sink, vanity with mirror and electrical outlets and a large shower detailed in rock and tile design. The large open space hosts one king size bed with pillowtop mattress and bamboo bedding, a sofa bed that pulls into a double bed and a remote control air conditioning unit for your comfort. Ceiling fans located in the washroom, bedroom and two exterior ceiling fans on the terrace. There is a "60" Smart TV for streaming music, movies and TV shows. Casita renters have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and miscellenious items for the beach included in your rental. There is a large pergola with plenty of shaded parking space for your vehicle as well.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradiso Perduto and wish we could have stayed for a month! The attention to detail in terms of amenities and guest comfort could not be better. We felt totally secure and never locked the door to the interior rooms or closed the windows (both doors and windows featured secure insect netting). The entrance to the property is behind remote controlled doors, each protected by gothic gargoyles!
The outdoor dining, living and kitchen area was super comfortable. When not relaxing in the hammock, we lounged on the comfortable couches or king-size bed. Any kitchen tool or appliance you might ever need was available along with a nice staple of condiments (oils, spices, etc,),
There was a nice view of the ocean, which was accessed via a short walk down a garden path that meandered between four or five villas. And the beach, which we could hear 24 hrs a day, was pristine and virtually devoid of others.
The location is definitely not for those that crave nightlife or a variety of dining establishments within walking distance. There is one restaurant, Litibu Grill, about 1/2 mile from the residence, but it was always closed when we drove by. There were a few local establishments in a town about two miles away; one of which we loved, Kilometro 5 Surf Bar and Restaurant. Great food and a fantastic vibe.
Our hosts were very responsive and friendly, although we never saw them or another soul during our stay! We sincerely hope that this residence if available the next time we return to Nayarit, Mexico.

If you are looking for a place to stay that gives you a feeling of being outdoors, yet protected and comfortable, this accommodation will suit! We loved the attention to visual details and cleanliness. The kitchen is well stocked with everything to enjoy eating in, and the furniture was inviting to relax. The owners were helpful and super nice. Highly recommend!

Once you enter through the secure gates with your code you are in paradise. The outside kitchen/sitting area is comfortable, shady, quiet with ocean sounds, private with many bird songs. The premises are very clean and secure. The casita has a very comfortable king sized bed, AC, very nice shower/bathroom with Aveda products!!, and internet on the property that allows streaming without a problem. Access to the beach is through the security gate with a path right there which is a lovely garden walk down EZ steps--about 5 minutes to a beautiful swimming beach. We are no strangers to Mexico living as we live in a small village about 25 minutes away and are thrilled to have found such a peaceful beautiful getaway in the country and will definitely be returning. Thank you!
