About this house rental
Oceanfront home with unobstructed views of the beautiful Pacific ocean AND the Sunrise over the spectacular Sierra Madre Mountains behind the house. Like boutique hotels? Stay at a whole house right next to one for a fraction of the price! There is great swimming, snorkeling and surfing . A place to relax and enjoy nature from every corner of the house. Enjoy colorful sunrises and sunsets each day and a yard that leads directly to the Coveted Careyerso beach.
The space
Great location, 10 minute drive to world class dining in Punta Mita and 3 of the most popular local surf breaks in the area and a 15-20 minute drive to the wildly popular town of Sayulita! Enjoy its vibrancy while escaping the crowds!
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house, including the two en suite bathrooms in each of the bedrooms and walkout balconies/patios on both floors. There is also a single Sofa Bed.
Other things to note
The house is on two floors and built atop a cliff directly facing the ocean, stairs are involved to enjoy this property fully!
The street front and exterior walkways of the property have security cameras, they are located as follows:
- Facing the street front garage doors and the outside side door to the patio and beach
- Staircase down to the beach

A lovely family legacy beach house right on a private beach. We came with our kids and we loved playing volleyball on the beach, looking in the rocky tide pools, and looking for shells. The view is lovely! The owner, is easy to get a hold of if you need advice about the area.

Great views, direct easy access to private beach, great host. We saw whales from the terrace.
