Your courtyard entrance opens into your private living quarters. Your fully equipped kitchen and delightful dining area looks out through a wall of windows to the courtyard garden. You are also welcome to dine outside on the courtyard table and use the outside grill. From the dining room, step through the French doors into the classy comfort of your living room, where you can unwind, read, or watch TV. Next, walk through to the bedrooms. The light and airy master bedroom overlooks the courtyard and has a queen bed. The second bedroom shares the bathroom and has a trundle bed which easily makes a bed for two. If needed, the living room couch pulls out into a queen bed. Pine Hill is always stocked with gourmet coffee, linens, towels, and bath products.
The entire Garden Home is all yours! Your Garden Home is attached to the main house, but completely private. You are welcome to use the courtyard. Enjoy sitting outside and using the grill. The washer and dryer is available and accessible in the entrance hall as you enter.

Cute little cottage at the back of the main house, it was quiet and comfortable. It is in what I call a safe neighborhood and is centrally located. I stayed there for my work. The kitchen is a kitchenette, but it was all I needed. The bathroom was tiny but very cute. I loved it and would stay again.

Did not know split plan where someone is sharing other half of house. Can hear everything thru walls. Baby crying. Have to reserve laundry day to use washer and dryer, but can only use 9-4. Most on vacation are out and about between 9-4. This should be included in listing regarding times and having to reserve a day to use. . I reserve VRBOs with laundry options as a prerequisite or I don’t reserve. Beds super comfortable. Great area.
