About this house rental
1 mile from FSU and FAMU, 1 mile from Downtown and Midtown. Newly renovated with special features. EV charger on site, level 2, 40 amps. The EV plug can be used as RV hookup. The kitchen has 4 in 1 Microwave-Air Fryer-Convection oven-Toaster oven. Washer/Dryer, Ice maker included. Bathroom exhaust fan has built in heater. Tennis, basketball, pickleball, playground next door. Security cameras view exterior of home. close to everything. PLEASE INCLUDE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND AGES WITH REQUEST.
The space
Near the center of town, so its close to everything. Guests will enjoy the fresh new look and feel of the property, the modern functionality, and a few techy add ons. Park next door is a huge plus, and the place has quite a nice view.
Guest access
Private laundry room access. Private EV charger access. Room to park a large RV and electric/water hookups for RV. Private parking on street or driveway.
Other things to note
RV friendly space with 60 foot driveway included on the property. Water and electric hookups available for RV. NEMA 14-50 plug (4-prong) . Sewer hookup coming soon.

The sofa in the Family room folds out into a queen size bed. It is a higher quality sleeper sofa, designed for continuous use as a bed. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. 4 can sleep comfortably. 6 can sleep total with the 2 on the sofa bed being in the common area of the family room, not in a bedroom.
The bathroom has a heater that is operated by a timer switch on the wall. press the button for the desired minutes of run time, and the heater will shut off automatically after the time is up.
The kitchen has 2 portable electric cooktops located in the cabinet under the microwave. When using the cooktops, PLUG IN ONLY 1 COOKTOP PER OUTLET in the kitchen. plugging in both to the same outlet will trip the breaker.
The microwave is a 4 in 1 Microwave-Air Fryer-Convection oven and Toaster oven. A video link explaining how to use this is available upon request.

This place was so cute and well appointed with nice additions like Keurig cups, French Vanilla creamers, ice maker, heat/AC in each room, body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the shower, decent size towels, wash cloths, make-up remover wipes and laundry. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, nice little porch out front.

Clean and thoughtfully furnished. Kitchen had what we needed. Property is small (i.e. bathroom is tight) but this 2 bedroom unit is freestanding, located across the street from a city park with tennis/pickleball courts.
Neighborhood was quiet.
Host was very responsive. Location is very convenient for doing things at FSU. Would stay here again for sure.

Visiting our son at FSU for the weekend and this place was perfect for our short stay. It had everything you need and was so much better than a hotel. Nice screened in porch expanded the living area. Beds were comfortable and the Host was amazing. We will stay here again in the future for sure.
