This 3Br/3Ba 2-story apartment has 7 beds in total (3 queen beds, 2 twin over full bunk beds). It can accommodate 7 to 12 guests.

Please park in the parking lots assigned for the apartment. If the parking lots is occupied, find the other spare parking lots in the opposite side of the building. Or find a street parking.
Quiet time policy:
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time. Please show respect to the neighbors.
Event policy
NO events allowed. For violations, the hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of your stay.
Pet policy:
PET ALLOWED but must be disclosed upon booking and pet fee applied. A fine of up to $500 ($200 at least) for bringing unauthorized pets. The hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of the reservation. Pets cannot use any of the bedding. Plan your own pet's rest arrangements.
Video surveillance agreement:
A security camera may be installed outside near the front door.
Visitor policy:
Visitors allowed, and required to obey the house rules. Visitors cannot stay overnight without adding them as guests on your reservation.
Check-out policy:
Check-out time is 10:00 am. Remove all the trash in the room before you leave.

The mattress was too soft and bed was noisy. Water doesn’t stay warm too long. They reached out to me a day before my arrival date asking me to cancel my reservation so the people that was there already can extend their stay and told me that it was other properties available. Not good customer service especially when my money was already taken. Other then that it’s okay spot. It quite at times but other than load cars it was okay.
