Great place for a large group for the game. Quiet. Lots and lots of space. We had 8 people no problem. Great TV for the games, toys for kids, and house generally clean just old. Beds and bathrooms clean. Does need some rehab. If that were done it would be amazing.
Major carpenter ant issue inside but the owner was responsive. Coffee maker was disgusting. Moldy wood rot, dirty walls, handles, and cabinets, many pots were dirty, stove burners dirty, firepit useless after dark due to filthy molded chairs and pitch black field location.

The host was super welcoming and quick to respond, and their instructions were clear. The house was amazing and had lots of amenities. It was definitely worth the price if you are looking for a huge secluded house to spend a few days in and have fun in.
No complaints :)
