About this house rental
This is an updated home that is less 10 minutes to Kenwood and less than 20 minutes to Calistoga and Sonoma. It is also located close to many regional park and world class breweries. The home is in a beautiful upscale neighborhood of Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa. We recently installed a brand new air conditioning unit!
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Two rooms have queen size beds. The other room has bunkbeds. The house backs up to Calistoga Road so the backyard has a small amount of street noise, but inside the house it is very quiet.
Maximum number of Daytime Guests 10
Number of dedicated off-street parking spaces is 0. However, there is legal on-street parking space available for use by Short-Term Renters.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited; and
The Short-Term Rental Permit number for the property is SVR21-136
