Property manager was very responsive. The upper level is well maintained and a great space for the family. The lower level is also a good functional space but needs some TLC.

I usually don’t do reviews good or bad. Though I’m making an exception. This house was perfect. Pool still open. It was very warm weather for beginning of October. The walk to beach is easily doable. You can walk to town also. If anyone golfs my husband raved about montauk downs. Very inexpensive. The lower level is perfect for guests. Fit my son and family. Def coming back again

The house was so perfect for our stay and close to all. The deck and pool made for the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The house was comfortable and open, which made it the best vacation for my family. Tabitha, the house manager, was so great and easy to get in touch with. Thank you!! Will be back again!
