About this apartment rental
Modern 2 bedroom apt in quiet gated complex, LOS GRACIOSEROS.
Full wi-fi (great speeds) in the apartment with wi-fi available at the pool barj also.
Irish & UK & European tv in the living room.
Air conditioned
1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower
Travel cot available & bedding. (free of charge, just request upon booking)
Bed linen and towels for shower & beach supplied ,hair dryer, iron, clothes airer.
Apt has all mod cons, washing machine, microwave, 4 ring hob & oven, full size fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, air fryer,coffee pod machine. Safe for valuables. Lovely shutters to keep rooms cool & the apt secure. In addition to the air conditioning, we provide fans to keep you cool. During winter we supply heater & cozy blankets for any chilly evenings.
TV's in the bedrooms, with a few english channels, dvd player, & dvd's. Lovely terrace with table & chairs overlooking the beautiful large communal HEATED pool and kids pool with sun loungers.
Lovely pool bar open 10am to 6pm (varies) for drinks, food and ice-creams & maybe a few cocktails. They also sell large containers of water and fresh milk.
Lots of parking space available but a car is not necessary, 2 mins walk to large Spar grocery store, 3/4 mins walk(on flat ground) to the beach and the main Avenida of Puerto Del Carmen which runs from Matagorda to Old Town, where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, shops ect
We do supply some tea bags & coffee with loo roll, bin bags, cooking oil, salt + pepper.
Arrecife airport is only 10 minutes in a taxi.
If you are staying over 7 days and booking over 28 days in advance, I can split your payments (just ask for a quote).

Apartment had everything we needed, and Catherine was helpful, letting us stay in the apartment for an extra few hours before we left.

Everything we required to stay for 8 weeksThe apt is adequate in size with small balcony, table and chairs.The complex and bar is great as are the staff.Wasnt keen on 2 single quilts on the double bed, would have prefered a double.Complex very secure.Disability scooters! if upstairs it could be an issue to charge as only one socket round the pool and more than one scooter may need charging.Host lovely and contactable for any issues.Otherwise great location, would stay again

We had a lovely week in this apartment. Everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s on a small friendly complex with a lovely bar serving food and drinks. Sally, who runs the bar is a real asset to the complex. Catherine the owner couldn’t have done anymore for us. She was so helpful in every respect. Will be back again soon.
