Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.
Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!
The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).
Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.
Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.
Once your reservation request has been completed, you will reserve a booking agreement to finalize your stay.

Everything was honestly great, the residents and staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and clean and better than what I was expecting. Great location. Most of what you would need was in walking distance. It was an overall great experience.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and the facilities in the complex were well maintained. We loved lounging in the sun in one of the many choices. The on site staff was top notch.
Our only wish is availability of a 2 bedroom unit.

Overall, this facility has a great location, very nice and well-kept outdoor amenities, and appears to have adequate security. Our pet-friendly unit was in a good location within the facility and the unit was relatively clean when we arrived for our 15-night stay in late Dec/early Jan., which we had booked in mid-Sept. Our unit is badly out of date, cabinets delaminating throughout, poor water pressure and flow, and not much of a home-like feel for an extended stay facility. We were disappointed the onsite mgmt. was unresponsive to our request for basic maintenance, e.g., a new clean shower curtain, sending a plumber for the bathroom sink and shower faucets, etc. We would likely stay there again but expect more effort from mgmt. since we'd booked the unit 3 months in advance and then let them know of the maintenance needs upon arrival.
