Stylish living room features a modular couch that can be rearranged to sleep another guest. There is also an air mattress to accommodate an additional guests.
--ENTERTAINMENT--
Enjoy the 42 inch, High Definition LED TV. The TV is attached to a blue ray player that can stream Hulu, Netflix, Youtube entertainment options. You can also play DVDs, CDs and Blue Ray DVDs. If you like, you can attach your laptop to the TV and use the TV as a large monitor. There is HIGH-SPEED INTERNET with WiFi access throughout.
--MAIN BEDROOM--
The main bedroom offers a firm, king plush top mattress. Wake up in the morning and open the glass doors to the back patio. Have your breakfast seated at a comfortable cushioned patio table set surrounded by exotic desert plants.
--SECOND BEDROOM--
The second bedroom has a firm, full-size mattress. Find an assortment of pillows for your stomach or side sleeper.
--BATHROOMS--
Each bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, curved shower rods for extra shower space, granite counter-tops, and stocked with towels, q-tips, and cotton balls.
--ARTWORK--
Many of the original paintings were created by me, while some are from my private art collection.
--THE COMPLEX--
The complex is charming and well maintained with lush desert landscaping. Enjoy full access to two swimming pools and a jacuzzi. Lined with patio chairs and loungers, the main pool is heated year round to at least 75 degrees. Your condo is located in a grassy courtyard equally distanced between the two pool areas. Charcoal BBQ grills located throughout.
--DOGS--
Your hypo-allergenic furry friend is welcome if they are over 4 years old, a non-shedding breed (often poodle mix) and under18lbs. Tucked into the pocket of the complex is a private dog park with tiered balconies overlooking a green wash.
--BBQs--
There are community charcoal grills steps away from the back patio. Your condo is also furnished with an electric counter top grill and grilling utensils. Your outdoor electric BBQ and private propane-BBQ on the patio is entirely user mantained.
--PARKING--
Park in your own private garage. If your vehicle qualifies, you can also park in one of the many uncovered parking lots with a permit. There is also street parking just outisde of the complex.
--NEIGHBORHOOD--
This is a quiet complex tucked back into a cul-de-sac where a street ends. You can walk to a popular park nearby or drive around the corner to Fry's grocery store (Kroger) and Lowes Hardware. Shopping and nightlife is just a few miles away in Old Town Scottsdale. Or if you prefer, take the free neighborhood trolly that takes you to downtown Scottsdale.

We totally enjoyed our stay! Candice is a terrific hostess. Any questions or needs were answered or resolved immediately. Her home is exactly as depicted, which is why we opted to stay here. The location is close to local activities yet away from the fray which provides peace and tranquility. We hope we will be able to travel again and enjoy all this condo has to offer!

If you’re looking for a bit of peace and quiet in the midst of Scottsdale’s bustle, this is the perfect place for you! Just as pictured, the condo is clean, comfortable, and fully appointed with everything you could need, plus lots of extras! Candice is a superb host! Her communication cannot be any better, and she goes the extra mile to ensure that you have an outstanding stay! The property is lovely and quiet with friendly neighbors all around! We will definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

It was amazing! The landlady, Candice, spelled everything out for us rookies. Everything was labeled, expectations of us clearly spelled out, and the couple of questions we had were answered promptly. The condo was EXACTLY as presented in the listing. May have been our first experience, but certainly not our last.

Our family had a great stay in Scottsdale and we really enjoyed our time at Candices condo.It was clean, comfortable and very well outfitted with all the comforts of home. It was great to be away from home, yet not feel like you were missing anything (which sometimes can occur when staying in lesser rentals or hotels).Candice was great to correspond with and we would not hesitate to stay here or recommend it to friends.
