This tropical delight boasts hardwood and ceramic tile floors, calming colors throughout, beach décor, comfortable furnishings, and much more! The wave break is easy to see from this top-floor penthouse property. The two-story condominium features 3 bedrooms as well as 3 full baths. Two oceanfront decks offer spectacular views of the Carolina coastline. The third bonus deck has breathtaking views of the world-famous Links Golf Course. When it is time to enjoy some sun, you will find 401A Shipwatch is located on the widest stretch of beach in the community! Best yet is the swimming pool complex at Shipwatch Condominiums! The two swimming pools are surrounded by Travertine tile and feature oceanfront views.
The interior of 401 A Shipwatch is complimented with many recent upgrades. The bathrooms and the kitchen area have seen major changes including tile work, new fixtures, and updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Located on the first level, the living area features navy furnishings and coastal décor that create a memorable space. Adjacent to the living area is the dining table (seating for 6 with 3 additional bar seats), followed by the kitchen and a guest bedroom. A hall bath is shared by the guest bedroom, featuring a queen bed, and the living area. The upper level has two bedrooms including the master, which is highlighted with a king bed, private bath, and oceanfront balcony. The guest bedroom now features another King bed with a private bath and balcony.

• High-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
• Washer and dryer.
• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

My sister had a fall the first night and ended up in the ER. That limited our activities, and increased our appreciation of the incredible view! Apartment was lovely, we-equipped and comfortable.

The condo is decorated very lovely just like the pics! Incredible location in Wild Dunes.. and check in was super easy! Highly recommend.

Great ocean view and roomy, but needs some work and updating. Sofas are very dirty and need cleaning or replacing. Floors were not thoroughly vacuumed. Cable tv upstairs in guest room still not working properly after repair request. Freezer not working properly melting our gelato. WiFi not consistent. Guest tub upstairs doesn’t drain.
