About this cabin rental

My place is close to Garner State Park (3 Miles), Lost Maples Park, Frio River, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, & Uvalde. The famous three sisters (best driving roads in the USA) You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night.
Sleeps 10-11 This roomy 3 bedroom cabin offers a queen size bed, 3 fulls (includes a full over full bunk bed) & 3 twin beds. This cabin also features a full kitchen, large bath with large walk in shower, heat & air, a covered front porch, BBQ grill and picnic table.

This cabin includes the following:
Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils to prepare meals.
BBQ pit and picnic table with grilling utensils.
Covered front porch with patio furniture to sit, chit chat, read or just do absolutely nothing but enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country views!
Each bed has a quilt, pillow(s) and a mattress protector. You must BRING your own Towels, Sheets, & Pillowcases (Queen, 3 Fulls, & 3 Twins).
Free Wi-Fi - Country Wifi is for basic texting b/c phone service is not always great. It is not intended for working or downloading music/movies.
Satellite TV

This cabin does NOT include the following:

Great house, had everything we needed for a family of 9, very roomy. House was nice and cool when we arrived...big plus not having to wait to cool down since we had a baby with us. Beds where comfortable. Loved the water pressure! Cute little store right across from us(very reasonable prices)Close to everything... five mins to Leakey and 20 mins to Lost Maples for a morning hike. And 5 mins to relax in the river, which was great cuz it was FREE. The only thing I would suggest is putting some kind of light for the picnic/bbq area. Porch light was ok but not bright enough. Was true from other reviews, road is close and loud, but also sounded like thunder with big trucks. The house next to us was close also which was no problem till dogs kept barking when having morning coffee to enjoying outdoors.(but Inn has no control over that)Over all would highly RECOMMEND!

We loved the great communication and the cabin worked great for our unexpected fast trip to Leakey. So sorry if there was some driving on the grass, some of our family met there to visit and drive to the cemetery together and maybe didn't see the signs, but it was truly an unintentional mistake and we sincerely apologize!!!

Cabin was nice . Would had loved to stay longer Only downside was a little too close to busy highway. But it is what it is not a deal breaker . Frio was for the most part dried up . But we made the best of it . Will stay again but when river is back flowing

We loved this cabin so much. Perfect for a family or close friends. It was simple in the best way possible. Cozy, not fancy, but w head everything we needed. You can’t beat the price. The proximity to the traffic noise is it’s only flaw, but we got used to it and of course it slowed down at night.

We felt like unwelcome guests. We weren't greeted by anyone and really never saw another sole on the property. There were threats, "if you don't do this, we will charge you". Other than wooden chairs, there was no seating for watching TV or just relaxing. After we paid, we were told no refunds and bring your own sheets and towels and the other amenities (paper towels, toilet paper) were sparse. We had trouble locating the place, especially at night. We were there to visit Lost Maples and Garner State Park. After finding these places, we also found more attractive rentals. We were happy to be there for only two nights.

Great setup, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of outdoor seating. The only downside was the lack of comfortable indoor seating options. There are two twin beds in the living space which is great for sleeping if you have lots of people in your group. We would have preferred a couple of couches/foutons for use during the daytime as we did not need the additional sleeping space. Overall, it was a well appointed cabin and the host communicated appropriately and clearly.

This is an excellent place if you are planning to visit Garner Park. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need, except a dishwasher. The lack of dishwasher makes for a hectic checkout, as a family trying to finish breakfast and clean up before leaving. Washing and drying dishes before leaving is a hassle. Also I noticed that some of the pots and pans had grease on them from prior uses, so we cleaned and washed every kitchen item before using. This cabin has plenty of sleeping places but only 4 beds had comfortable mattresses - bigger queen bedroom, 1 twin and both mattresses in a bunker bed. The rest of 3 beds had incredibly soft and worn out mattresses, which makes for uncomfortable rest. As only 5 people were in my party, we were quite satisfied. Overall I am very pleased with the stay and would recommend.

The house was just lovely! We loved having 3 bedrooms and so many beds enabling use to spread out. The house was clean and everything up to date. We especially loved the front patio with more than enough chairs for us all. Highly recommend!

On our recent trip, we stayed in the Bandera cabin. The cabin and the property were well maintained, clean, and as described in the listing. Primarily, the most important amenity on this trip was the ability to bring our small dog for which there were no issues. The owners and other guests were all very friendly. The WiFi worked sufficiently well but as the listing states probably not sufficient for video conferencing or high bandwidth needs. Overall, we were very happy with out stay.

We rented the cabin to ride the Twisted Sisters. Easily accessible for motorcycles. Great location and very quiet. Bring your own water, tap is not drinkable. Would of liked to of had atleast local channels on tv. I recomend this cabin and will stay again when in the area.

First of all we loved the adorable cabin, it was perfect for me and my family. Cleanliness was second to none, and there is no doubting the care they have in the property. We flew in from out of state to visit family that we have out there in the area, and the only struggle we had was that we had to figure out the sheets and towels. That is not necessarily a negative though because it’s very common when you’re renting a home from someone. We personally absolutely loved all the kitty cats coming to visit and making it extra special!!
