I felt cosy and cuddled.

The colorvofvthe room, the factvitvwas tidy and clean and warm (in winter).

It was nice if they hadva kettle to make a herbal tea.

Disappointing, you'd be better off spending a bit more money on something remotely decent.

The host didn't answer my mails nor booking.com's mails when we asked to make our stay 1 night instead of two. Hygiene was bad: the hard beds are old and not properly cleaned, the bathroom (small shared bathroom) was dirty and the table on the balcony looked like it hadn't been wiped clean for a couple of weeks, since 1 wipe with a dry cloth turned the fabric black. The decorations are like that of a student's first dorm, not cosy or fitting for an Italian BnB at all. The walls between the two rooms are really thin and you can hear everything, making sleep difficult when the neighbours are loud. "Italian breakfast is served everyday": the so-called breakfast is 1 croissant and 1 drink (in our case, sour orange juice) in a bar near the BnB. Overall, the BnB feels more like a cheap flat than a place for tourists to sleep in.

It is not a hotel but a shared appartment

It was calm, not far from the city center.

The so called breakfast is just a brioche with a coffee in the nearby bar. The shared bathroom is not a good option, there was no sink in the room. The bed was too old, too short and simply awful. No mirror in the room.

Parfait

Très bonne organisation, petite chambre confortable avec salle de bain en commun avec l'autre chambre. Très propre. Seul petit problème pour nous le logement se situe au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Sinon PARFAIT.

Un manque d'ascenseur... on vieillit sans s'en rendre compte.

Soddisfatti!

Le camere sono carine, il bagno è condiviso, tutto pulito,, la struttura è in una buona posizione, poco distante dal centro città. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio facilmente. Il personale è molto gentile.

Secondo noi il numero massimo di ospiti per avere comodità nell'alloggio è 4. Se ci sono più ospiti sarà difficile organizzarsi con un solo bagno.

gentilissima la proprietaria che gestisce tutto da remoto. ideale se condiviso con amici-conoscenti

posizione buona e silenziosa, anche se non troppo vicino al centro. colazione inclusa ed anche economica da fare però al bar lì vicino (che ha degli ottimi prodotti) ma include solo una bevanda e una cosa da mangiare.

la struttura è un appartamento con due camere separate ma un bagno solo in condivisione. tutto bene se si è con famigliari o amici, può essere un disagio se si è con estranei.

La gentilezza e disponibilità della ragazza che ci ha assistito all'arrivo con la domotica, quindi siamo potuti entrare subito. Inoltre, faceva tremendamente caldo questo weekend a Cuneo e fortunatamente in camera c'era un ventolino che ci ha aiutato a stare piu freschi. Asciugamani e piccolo rinfresco in camera. Camera con balconcino.

Bagno in comune. Più che altro per il discorso degli inquilini dell'altra stanza che hanno lasciato il bagno sporco. Non è un problema della struttura quanto mancanza di rispetto delle persone.

La possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in modo agevole in strada ed una accoglienza telefonica molto gentile. Per il resto, con la domotica, non ho incontrato nessuno. Balconcino utile per i fumatori.

Stabile popolare. Secondo piano senza ascensore. Androne e scale di accesso maleodoranti. Bagno in comune con altra stanza. Materasso scomodo. Lenzuola di spugna. Colazione al bar cento metri fuori dal B&B. Nessun frigo disponibile.
