The property was situated a short walk from the beach and in a complex with several swimming pools. Grocery store was nearby. It was about $7 in an Uber to downtown Cancun. Property was a little quirky but overall we had a great stay.
The view wasn't great from this floor. We had stayed higher up in the past. There were a few quirky snags that we had but the host helped within the hour.

The location can not be beat. The pool and beach are awesome and gorgeous. The location is near market and easy bus rides to places.
The apartment is a bit run down and the pictures are accurate but have been done at angles that make it look a bit better than it was. Felt a little dirty in bedrooms. Problems with hot water, we were able to fix it once we contacted host. Bedroom patio doors were unable to be opened.
