Oceanfront Paradise in Cancun Hotel Zone

La anfitriona estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo y resolvió rápidamente cualquier duda que se presentó. Fue muy fácil llegar desde el aeropuerto. El departamento es muy cómodo y el hotel muy bonito, las instalaciones del hotel excelentes y el servicio increíble por parte del personal. Hay muchas animaciones durante el día: clases de cocina, de arte, degustaciones y actividades en la playa como voleibol o básquetbol, yoga y aquaerobics. En la noche hay shows para la familia: show latino, de piratas y música. La playa queda justo en frente, la piscina es muy agradable. Las instalaciones del hotel están de maravilla, hay muchas áreas comunes de las que se puede disfrutar: incluso hay gimnasio y spa. Hay restaurantes en el mismo establecimiento para comer. También pedimos servicio a domicilio y llega sin problema para pedir cosas del supermercado. Definitivamente volveremos fue una experiencia maravillosa para mi familia. Gracias a Erika y a todo el equipo del hotel.

The property and room were great overall. It was in a good location in the hotel zone and the beach was so pretty here. We were right next to the ferry dock which was convenient for our trip to isla mujeres. The property was not too big but still gave resort feels. It was super clean and the daily entertainment was nice. The pool was warm and the breakfast food was good. The drinks and bar staff were super nice. The room itself was perfect for us. It was cleaned everyday and Erika was always quick to respond to our questions. She was very attentive at all times. We had an issue getting towels by the pool one day and she resolved it within minutes. The room had a nice view of the beach. We will stay here when we come back to Cancun 🙏🏻 and cannot thank her enough for her attention.

My only negative comments are with the resort staff and not the room itself. One of my negative encounters was with the front staff on one occasion that I asked for information on making a reservation for breakfast. the lady gave me a QR code and kept repeating “reservations are made from 9-4 using the QR code”. I told her I wanted to eat breakfast at 8AM the next morning and she repeated the same thing “reservations are made from 9-4” . She repeated it multiple times and seemed frustrated that I was asking. The next morning we just went down and asked at the restaurant and they said no reservations needed just come on in. I wish the front staff had explained this to us in a better way instead of being rude. However one bad staff doesn’t ruin it for the entire experience. Everyone else was super sweet and helpful from bartenders, towel boy, servers.

Très déçue de l’appartement. Chambre parentale sans fenêtre avec de l’humidité et surtout sans rangement pour ranger les vêtements etc….lunette toilette mal fixée, robinets instables. Logement très bruyant on entendait les voisins.
