Casa a la orilla de la laguna Nichupte

This is a beautiful, spacious villa in a very quiet location. Perfect for a family gathering. It has three levels which gives each family grouping plenty of privacy plus two family rooms, a dining room, and large kitchen for everyone to gather. (FYI, there are lots of stairs.) The pool is large and shallow, perfect for little children and families. Free parking space right in front of the villa! I recommend that you rent a car to explore the area. Buses also run down the nearby road, but we did not use them because we wanted to use the baby's car seat. There are several restaurants, a pharmacy, and a small convenience store in close walking distance. You do need to cross a busy street to get to the beaches. I recommend to walk 15 minutes to Playa Langosta ("Lobster Beach"); much larger and prettier, and easier to access than the closer Playa Tortuga ("Turtle Beach"). Take shade with you to the beach!

My family absolutely loved our experience at this property. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it proved perfect for my family. The home was clean and had an abundance of space. I'd highly recommend.

Me and my friends all enjoyed our vacation at Ana's property. This was a very well appointed home with everything you would expect. from the kitchen utensils, the bathrooms with towels and laundry and especially the beds were very comfortable. We didnt watch television so cant speak for that but Wifi worked good, two units one for downstairs and one for upstairs. The pool was also nice, just a few steps from back door. The view from the back deck was excellent with several boats passing daily. I Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Quiet, and relaxing community. The house is beautiful, comfortable and very spacious. We traveled with 4 children and everyone had their own space. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also very well equipped with an A/C in each room, so it was a very comfortable stay. The contact person was also very easy to get a hold of when we ran into an issue with the washer. She was quick and helpful.
