We bought this small piece of land on 2001.My wife as an architect ,designed and supervised the construction of this house, integrating the feng shui science to ensure good energy and vibrations within.
We hope you will enjoy it , as we did for several years.

Eduardo and Ricardo are excellent hosts and are always keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We actually rebooked for 2027 before we even left.

The house is old but has a lot of charm & was very nice to stay at - if you appreciate more historical things, you'll like this home. Definitely needs updates but that's expected. A few things I wish I knew ahead of time:The dock shown in pictures is not accessible for anyone staying at this house.The beach is full of seaweed & not accessible for kids at all.The nearby restaurants are not clean, overpriced & not family friendly so just expect to uber to eat. But the pool is nice & the outdoor area is great to hang out at. Overall we wouldn't stay there again but that was because of the location, not due to the house or the host. The host is great & very communicative!

Very spacious property with awesome view of ocean! Needs some TLC and hot water takes too long but Iguanas are friendly!

The house is quite beautiful but not very relaxing-- loud construction happening next door that blew debris into the backyard, ceilings drip onto uncomfortable beds and there's a lot of mysterious floor water from leaks. We were rushed out upon check-out an hour early to boot, not really what was expected for this much money to rent. The pros: the master bedroom is gorgeous, Eduardo was communicative and easy to reach, and the house is spacious.
