Les paddocks du dock I - Appart tout confort

Zentrale Lage, man ist schnell im Zentrum, es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe und zum Strand sind es ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Bahnhof und kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, inklusive gestrandeter Flüchtlinge, welche sich am Busbahnhof/Parkplatz aufhalten. Die Räumlichkeiten sind hell und geräumig, es gibt genügend Platz für eine Familie. Die Einrichtung ist einfach gehalten, aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Es gibt sogar Spiele und eine Spielkonsole. Die Betten sind durchaus in Ordnung. Und aus den Dachfenstern hat man meist einen schönen Ausblick.

Man wird von einem miefigen, runtergekommenen, schmutzigen Treppenhaus und Mülltonnen im Flur begrüßt. Die Wohnung befindet sich unter dem Dach und es ist nicht angenehm durch das Treppenhaus zu laufen, vor allem bei An- und Abreise mit Gepäck im schmalen Treppenhaus an den Mülltonnen vorbei… In der Wohnung war anfangs auch ein unangenehmer Geruch von der Toilette ausgehend. Wir haben die Fenster der Wohnung geöffnet, dann ging es. Es gab nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Hier mussten wir nach kaufen. Auch die Handtücher waren klein und nur eins pro Person. Auf dem Bett befanden sich Haare. Und die Kissen müssten mal gewaschen werden, teilweise hatten sie gelbliche Flecken und rochen nicht frisch. Bevor man abreist muss man die Betten abziehen und den Müll runter in die Tonne bringen. Das Geschirr war von den vorherigen Gästen auch nicht sauber im Schrank hinterlassen.

Love the cozy feel to the apartment, grate value for the money. Location was easy walking distance to shops, beach restaurants and lovely views from the apartment.

We needed a reliable place to stay prior to getting onto the eurotunnel and this place met all our needs. Cozy and close to many things.

Location close to the bus and train station There's a large free parking in front of the building The apartment is clean and spacious and has what you may need in terms of appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, blow dryer, oven, coffee machine, etc) Easy check in and check out

The common areas are in an unacceptable state. The staircase going to the apartment has wallpaper that is moldy, dirty, stained and partially tore off. That,along with the trash bins and the spider webs, gives a highly unpleasant feeling. This should not be accepted by Booking standards. Apartment at the 3rd floor with no elevator. Might be complicated if you have bulky or heavy luggage There's 1 single roll of toilet paper For 2 people we had 2 hand towels and a shower mat. No towels large enough for showering. We ended up buying our own at Decathlon.
