Gorgeous 3-Bed Apartment Near Flagstaff Gardens

Location, cleanliness’s, ease of access, communication

Dryer not working which was unfortunate for a very wet Melbourne weekend. Main toilet not working which meant traffic through the main bedroom at all hours which disrupted sleep

Fabulous location, clean apartment, comfortable beds

Dishwasher did not work and there were 5 of us so it was disappointing to have to hand wash dishes for 5 whilst holidaying. The clothes dryer did not work and there were lighting problems - only one light in the bathroom worked so we had to shower in the dark and we couldn't use the mirror in the bathroom because it was too dark. The light in the first bedroom continuously flickered. These issues were annoying as we were on a girls trip and needed the mirror, we were paying nearly $500 a night

Beds were comfortable, location was great and space was good and met our needs.

Booked the property based on there being two bathrooms as we were five adults. Unfortunately upon arrival the main bathroom toilet was not functioning, a notice on the bathroom advised us of this and the toilet was filthy and disgusting. No advanced warning and being one female four adults males, all having to use an ensuite toilet for four days was not great. There was no prewarning for this. After many messages backwards and forwards, the toilet was cleaned, albeit without any notice or advice this was happening, and then that it had in fact happened. Only after many messages after our stay did we receive a very small refund. Unfortunately it did hamper our holiday, in which would have otherwise been a fabulous place for us. We also discovered on the last night, after doing a full load of washing, that the dryer was broken and not operating.
