Lokalizacja petarda- 50m od deptaka, plaży i baru. Wyposażenie świetne to trzeba przyznać- dużo pościeli, kuchnia top- nawet toster, wszelkie patelnie, zastawa, wszystko co potrzeba. Można samemu przygotowywać posiłki, jeat stół, kanapa, tv, żelazko, deska itd Płacisz za lokalizację i wyposażenie.
Dziura zaadoptowana z kawalerki w starej kamienicy, sypialnia dobudowana na zamkniętym balkonie- więc ciągle jest tam zimno, śpisz na patio/oranżerii. Salon i kuchnia bez okna w ciągu, ciemno i nie da się przewietrzyć. Łóżka 2 złączone, miękkie, niewygodne. Parking to oszustwo- nie ma go mimo oznaczenia w wyszukiwaniu, a Pani właścicielka doradziła następnym razem przyjechać pociągiem xd podczas gdymy z 2 stron Polski w trakcie podróży służbowych :))) ściany z tektury, niewyobrażalnie głośno- słychać każde słowo od sąsiadów i każde słowo z ich telewizora. Za tą cenę to po prostu skandal, klasyczny nadmorski scam. Dodam, że mieszkałem w Sopocie kilka lat ;)
