Lindo monoambiente, cama muy cómoda, buen baño con buena ducha.
Ubicación cercana al metro y a las playas. Muy buena atención del personal del edificio.
Detalles en la higiene de la cocina que habría que mejorar.
A su vez sería un detalle importante que para estadías cortas dejen suministros básicos como azúcar, aceite, café.

The only positive point I could find about the property is the location. It is 5min walk to the beach, and there are supermarkets and restaurants close by.
The main issue was cleanliness.
- I found hair of the previous guest in the shower, and dirt in the sink.
- We killed 4 cockroaches during 3 days.
- Dirty and old kitchen plates and pans, definitely wash them before use!
- Towels in the bathroom looked old.
The other issue was that you can easily hear the neighbors. Their noise woke us up at night.
