Shower - not hot enough. I mentioned it to the host and they said it gets hotter but I tried it every way possible, stayed in 4 other places and those were hot. Ants and little insects in the kitchen and floor- mentioned those to the hosts, was ignore. Some actually got on my suitcase. I tried really hard that they wouldn't come with me Host took a fee for early check in and it had to be cash. This was stressful as I had to be somewhere and it was Easter holiday so banks were closed. That morning not only I had to checkout else where but check in and get ready for an event- so really stressful morning. It's not a pleasant way to start a new place. The previous place didn't charge me for early check-in as there was no guest and this place was vacant too I believe but they still charge eventually despite the fact that technically I am paying for the day. Doesn't make sense to me. Also, they have no bag storage at the location. They have it in their office all the way in Cococabana which meant I would have to get the Uber there to drop it off and then get back to where I need to be. Maybe consider offering this. Overall this was a stressful check in check out.
