-locație foarte bună, exact lângă gară -priveliștea de la etajul 10 -comunicare foarte bună cu gazda
-prea scump pentru ceea ce oferă -un bloc vechi, cu un lift oribil -miros de tutun, scrumiera de la cadă indică faptul ca se fumează în interior -prosoapele și lenjeria aveau un miros închis -cada funcționează prea slab pentru cum ar trebui să funcționeze un jacuzzi -parcarea se plătește, în caz ca nu găsești parcare în fața blocului, trebuie să te descurci -nu există dulap, ci doar unul în care se ține mopul -în baie nu există coș de gunoi -nu există pahare, doar 3 căni pentru cafea -foarte puțină veselă -am avut doar câteva șervețele -telecomanda de la leduri abia funcționează -încăperea extrem extrem de mică
