We really liked our stay at Qualis Apartments overall. The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean, well-finished, and tastefully decorated. The underground parking space was a big plus, and check-in was easy thanks to the lockbox system. We also appreciated the responsiveness of the property manager, who even answered our call at 10 PM and quickly found us an alternative parking spot when the original one was taken.

That said, a few things did take away from the experience—and all of them could have been easily avoided with better property management. Despite filling in the online check-in form a day in advance, we had to redo it on the day of arrival. Only one bed was made up, even though we had clearly requested both to be ready ahead of time. Fortunately, the bedding was in the apartment, but still, not ideal after a long trip. The espresso machine was particularly disappointing—it hadn’t been maintained at all. It needed descaling, the filter was last changed in December (we were there in May), and the milk hose was missing, so we couldn’t use it. The coffee itself had expired in flavor long ago. It’s frustrating to see such an investment go to waste just from lack of upkeep. Also, the kitchen lacked a few basic essentials like a cutting board and a pan, which made simple meal prep difficult.

The apartment was impeccably clean, invitingly warm, and exuded a cozy atmosphere that made our stay incredibly comfortable. It truly had everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing time. We especially want to commend the precise instructions provided, which facilitated a seamless check-in process. The location of the apartment is excellent, particularly for those traveling by car. The proximity to a shopping center across the road and easy access to necessary road junctions added to the overall convenience.
