Studio apartment in center Brno

Nice location, small and cosy, but everything you need, calm (view into a garden) No air-conditioning (for summer visitors only)

Overall, everything went smoothly, there are three smaller issues worth mentioning: First, hosts communicated with us in Czech on several occasions, even though we had explained that we wouldn't understand and kindly asked to communicate in English. Second, code to get our keys was sent when we already arrived in Brno -was not bit of a deal, but for nervous people eventually to be remembered ;) And third, we were granted a late check-out until 12:00. The evening before our departure, we were informed that we would need to leave an hour earlier. The message only appeared in the app on the morning of our departure. Fortunately, we were already prepared to leave earlier, otherwise we might have incurred the late check-out fee they mentioned. It's perfectly fine if a late check-out cannot be accommodated, but it's better to communicate that upfront rather than changing the arrangement during the stay.

The place is wonderfully located, with plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Since I was visiting for work, it was important that the campus was just a five-minute walk away. Although the place is not big, it has everything you need and is quite modern. The bed is very spacious and comfortable. We had an issue with the shower when we arrived, but the owner fixed it very quickly. We would gladly stay at this place again 🙂

One minor thing: it was a bit challenging to fall asleep the first two nights, as one of the residents was looking for his/her cat 😅 In general, it can get a bit noisy, so not ideal if you need to wake up early for work.

Skvělé umístění v centru. Klidná čtvrť. Krásně zrenovovaný byteček. Ideální pro 1 osobu, ale i 2 se v pohodě vejdou. Ve vybavení je vše, co je potřeba na pohodlný pobyt.

Skvěle vybavené čisté a pěkné je to v super lokalitě jak skrz hromadnou dopravu tak i do centra Brna je to kousek. Za tu cenu to byl opravdu luxus
