I would say this is a must visit location if you are keen on beautiful mountain vacations!

The shower was amazing - really nice after a hard day's riding! Place was basically brand new - We were about the 4th set of guests in Feb. 2023 Location perfect in quiet Kaprun - 5 minutes walk from a nice local restaurant & 10min from Kaprun centre. 15 minutes on the free bus (if you have a ski ticket) to Zell am See for more skiing plus food and nightlife options. 25 minutes on £4.20 euros bus from Zell to Saalback, 'Ski Circus' area - one of largest ranges in all Europe. ALL 3 areas: Kaprun, Zell am See, and Saalbach were included on the single 7 day pass we purchased! Truly excellent value and an absolutely beautiful location - Especially viewing platform at the top of Kaprun (including restaurant & museum) - and the view of the lake at Zell am See from Blaickner's Sonnalm traditional Bar\restaurant on the mountain. Great for snowboarders (& skiers) of all abilities - and definitely seasoned riders will enjoy!

Erm... Honestly we were looked after perfectly by Ralph - who looks after the property with his family - anything you needed he sorted out within 24 hours - Even brought us a local beer as a welcome! What more can you say... If I had to suggest anything it would be to plan your trip carefully to get the best snow possible - we were incredibly lucky and it snowed for 5 days followed by 4 of stunning blue skies - which was perfect for us!

All in all it was a very good vacation and a very good experience.

Location is good, on fair distance from both cable car stations. The facility is new and very clean, enough space, the fifth bed is the couch, but comfortable enough.

the only thing I would recommend is to add a few more items of equipment - a hairdryer, which is available anywhere these days, and a few more kitchen utensils. To be honest, this didn't impact a lot our stay, since the host lend us a hairdryer, but for the future it could be useful.

Het is een top appartement met fantastisch uitzicht en voorzien van alles dat je nodig hebt.

De eigenaar kwam direct naar buiten toen wij aankwamen en gaf ons de sleutel en gaf een rondleiding.

De kussens en wij misten eierdopjes.

Fijn verblijf gehad

Fijn appartement ook fijne badkamer! Genoeg parkeerruimte bij het appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Wij gaan altijd met de auto naar de skilift is maar een paar minuten rijden vanaf het appartement. Daar was ook ruim voldoende parkeerplaats al was het hoogseizoen. Maar de skibus stopt ook heel dichtbij het appartement dus dat is ook goed te doen.

We hadden graag een wasmachine gehad maar we wisten van tevoren dat die er niet was. Dus eigenlijk geen commentaar alleen een tip

شقة رائعة جداً ونظيفة جداً وموقعها جميل .. ونظافة السرير والملاحف والمناشف والموقع الموفقات وادوات المطبخ فخمة جميعها من IKEA كاملة موقد وثلاجة والاطلالة شي خرافي وجميل وقريبة من السنتر والنهر وموقف الباص 5 دقايق تروح مع الباص مجاني بالبطاقة الصيفية و اصحاب الشقة ودوديين ومحترمين جداً .. استقبلنا صاحب الشقة واعطانا التعليمات وهو ساكن في نفس البناية واخذ 200 يورو كاش وديعة وعند الخروج شيك على الشقة ورجعها لنا ..

فقط واجهنا صعوبة في غسيل الملابس حيث يقدمون خدمة غسيل السلة بمبلغ كبير جداً اخذ منا 35 يورو عدى ذالك كل شي ممتاز
