Price, location, communication with the host. It was simple and clean. We even got an upgrade: larger appartment for the same price.
Trainstation. Did not bother is at all. But some more sensitive and fussy clients could find it distracting. Slightly rickety double bed. But who cares? We loved it just te same.
Possible fuss with the parking spot. Very tiny yard, but we managed.
Slightly shoddy (in a socialist way) building. The bedroom view was paticularly socialist: view of peeling concrete wall. But who cares? It was great anyway.

Location is very good
I think the washing machine is not working. It don't move the laundry. What I put last in the machine was still on the top after finishing the washing program and partly dry. I didn't complain about it with the hosters so propebly they didn't know about it.
