Bliskość do centrum Olsztyna i do zamku. Szlaki turystyczne tuż obok. Budynek nowy i czysty. Otoczenie dobrze zaplanowane, wygodne do spędzania wieczorów. Parking na terenie zamkniętym. Zaplecze kuchenne zupełnie wystarczające.
