Great central location, modern and spacious hotel, with very polite and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, offering a rich variety of abundant options.

The room felt a bit basic and simple for a 4-star hotel. The electrical outlets were slightly loose and did not work very well.

The swimming pool is an indoor one. So you can’t swim and sunbathing. But really I’m being very picky there.

The breakfast buffet was easily the best we’ve had during our 4 weeks travelling through Vietnam — a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options every morning. The staff also surprised us with a small welcome cake for our honeymoon, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

After checking us in to our room on the 5th floor, reception called to let us know there was a ‘party’ on the 6th floor tonight. What she forgot to mention was events were held on all three nights of our (we get it, it’s a large hotel, events take place) Unfortunately, despite the hotel knowing from our booking that we were travelling with an infant, we were placed in a room one floor below the function area and the noise was excessive. It meant our baby couldn’t sleep until after 10pm each night. So if you like early bed times or have children, I’d request a lower floor room! This really impacted what would have been a perfect stay.
