Meliá Vinpearl Hue

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to Hue.

Incredible room, facilities and pool. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful

There was no hot water in our room. Reception sent someone after we called, but each day it reset to cold. This was especially inconvenient when we had early starts for tours and to leave to the airport. We just ended up having cold showers because we didn’t have time to call and wait for it to be resolved each time.

The breakfast was magnificent- great variety helped by attentive staff.

Great location, good views of the city

Rooms very rundown- multiple sockets broken and not functioning. Scuff marks everywhere. Windows and desk not cleaned. Breakfast very disappointing. Overall quantity prioritised over quality. Large number of options available but with very dew fresh ingredients, meat, or fish. Mostly stir fry noodles or rice. For example beef stiy fry noodles had no beef. Fresh fruit very little and dry and not good Few local food options.
