It was conveniently located near the US Biometric Center, which made it a great choice. The reception staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed me to extend my checkout by an hour when I requested it.

I checked in around 11:00 p.m. and was extremely tired, but I was allocated an unclean room that felt suffocating. The toilet seat had urine stains. I had to insist that the staff move me to a new room, which was finally allocated at 12 a.m. This was especially frustrating because I had a US Biometric appointment at 8:30 a.m. the next morning. In terms of cleanliness, the second room was better than the first, but it still had several issues. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the compartment had water stains, and the towels provided were dirty and torn. Regarding amenities, there was no hot water, and the water supply appeared to be hard water and tasted unusual. The complimentary toiletries, including the shampoo and body wash, were almost empty. As for service, the delay in addressing my concerns and reallocating the room added to the inconvenience, especially given my early appointment the next day. Finally, considering I paid ₹4,500 per night, I expected a much better standard of accommodation. The breakfast was also of poor quality and did not meet expectations. I have photos of the bathroom and the room’s condition to support these issues. Unfortunately, changing to another hotel was not a practical option because I had already paid the full amount, and the booking was non-refundable.
