Park Avenue Hotel Nungambakkam

The location was perfect for me to explore around!

Housekeeping responded a bit late, but they eventually sent the cleaner to the room.

The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The food at the hotel’s own restaurant is also very good.

The hotel could pay more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

Centrally located, comfortable room. Good breakfast.

One light was not working, which should have been repaired.

Spacious room with cozy bed, as promised on site, while booking. Good Restaurant and food. I was unable to pay while checking in, so they allowed entry, though unhappily. Sitting area in reception for guests is very good. Good connectivity for getting cabs instantly. Area surrounded by high quality restaurants, and pure veg branded option, just adjacent to hotel.

Behaviour of reception staff was not that welcoming. Facilities in room were all messed up. Shower did not work, while no bucket or stool was provided in bathroom for using tap for bathing. Room AC was malfunctioning for hours. Poor lighting in room turned a nice space in to sad mood. In restaurant they inform all stuff finished right at 9:30, while everything was served to the reception staff, having breakfast there only. No calling in rooms for breakfast reminder from the hotel end, which is a great practice in many other hotels. On arrival on 2nd day, they denied entry without payment, which has never happened to me. All properties charge at the check-out only, if not paid at check-in.
