Location. Gym facilities could be better the multigym machine is wobbly and a health hazard.
The hallway is carpeted and full of stain and smelly double be replaced with hard floor which may be a better option for a city like Chennai.

The staff appeared not well trained and lacked confidence; they were unable to provide complete information about the US Consulate drop-off facility. When we arrived late at night, there were no staff present at the gate. The smart-card door lock to our room malfunctioned. Breakfast quality was good, but there were too few staff members to properly attend to guests.
