Great Stay for a Business Trip

I stayed in the apartment for a business trip and was very satisfied with my stay. The location was great, with easy access to the center. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped — the coffee machine was definitely a nice bonus. The breakfast delivered to the door was very good and extremely convenient, especially with a busy schedule. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I can confidently recommend this place for both business and leisure stays.

Amaizing!

We had three apartments during our stay and all of them were absolutely excellent. The spaces were spacious, very well-equipped, and perfectly designed so that even people in wheelchairs could move around freely and comfortably on their own. The staff were extremely kind and responsive — they replied quickly to all our questions and made everything smooth and easy. On top of that, the price was fantastic for the quality provided. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gdańsk!

The apartment had everything we needed — washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher — super convenient. There was also a grill and a playground, which was great for both us and the kids. The owners were super friendly and helpful, easy to contact and quick to respond. We got all the info and door codes by sms, so check-in was smooth and stress-free. We also loved that we could bring our yorkie — he was more than welcome and felt totally at home 😊 No restrictions on the street, so you can always squeeze in somewhere, even in high season. Nice and quiet area, but still close to everything. Would definitely come back!

I recommend it for weekends, vacations, and other trips

A convenient location for exploring the Tricity area. A bus stop is nearby, making it easy to get to the city center. A city bike station is just steps away. Shopping is easy in the neighborhood. Parking is available in front of the building. The apartment is very nice and well-equipped. The owner is very helpful and friendly. There's a well-maintained garden, a playground, and a barbecue grill. I recommend it for weekends, vacations, and other trips.

The apartment is clean, cozy and of a really high standard with its own private bathroom, equipped like at home or even better (air conditioner, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, TV, fridge and many others of this type). Mrs. Agnieszka is very nice and helpful in every matter. The area is very quiet. Very close to shops and bus stops.

All in all I cannot recommend Rezydencja Wind Rose enough - it’s a wonderful apartment and I would love to stay again.

There were three decent sized double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room and dining room on the main floor, and then on a mezzanine level there was a huge room to sleep four people. All of the rooms had great storage and space. It was snowy and cold in Gdansk that weekend and we were cosy and warm throughout our stay. The location is great, only a c. 25 min walk to the centre where we enjoyed the Christmas markets and locally there were supermarkets very nearby to stock up on essentials. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook in the apartment if you wished - it had everything we needed.

The property is well equipped. It has towels and bed linens included. The location is also good, there are several supermarkets close by. It also has a yard with toys and trampoline, good for kids.

The toilet paper is very cheap. The beds are narrow, so an adult with 2 small kids will not fit in. The sofa bed in the living room was also very uncomfortable. The wifi was very weak, and it took us 2 days to receive a separate router in the apartment.

Cool, quiet, peaceful, green place. Clean and nice. Everything you need. Behind the fence, a bus, cheap taxi, 5 minutes to the center, 20 minutes to the beach. We ate breakfast 5 minutes away, recommended by the hosts, tasty Polish cuisine. Beautiful city. Nice vacation.

I really enjoyed being here. Quiet beautiful place. Spacious, bright rooms. We had everything we needed. It was convenient for me to get to the city center. There is a large grocery store nearby. 1) NO WIFI internet connection at all, in all the rooms. 2) extremely cold, heating was switched off, it was +2 Celsius outside, so we were extremely COLD inside the room. 3) it SMELLED like there smoked for years

Pleasant staying in Gdansk!

Super clean rooms, kitchen and stuff. Very nice view and close to downtown and the nature.

The bathrooms tube was to high and is not comfortable for old people and the shower was to complicated to adjust the temperature. The shower was leaking. In total the bathroom is clean and nice . There is a washing machine and detergents is also available. The host couldn't get the WiFi work for me so I used my mobile phone's Internet and was afraid to get a huge bill from my mobile provider.

Overall Satisfactory with little improvements .

The house is Big and good air and quite neighbourhood. Close to two Bus Stops connecting to city . (but with heavy luggage Taxi preferred).

1) Taxi cannot go to location of the apartment due to some road repair works (may be temporary) 2) Bathrooms / Kitchen are not provided with Carpets you need to manage with the Towels which are provided which becomes hard to manage . 3) Common Vacuum Cleaner is available outside the apartment at ground floor on request. 4) No Clear indications/directions to see where is what like reception or breakfast room like provided in the website photos. 5) Please check clearly the room amenities inclusions and exclusions both Booking.com vs Apartment website . 6) Digital door lock is a plus with passkey but there is no locker in the apartment to place any valuables. 7) AC is available only in the upstair room , but the hall and bed room have no ac or at least a table fan. 8) Mosquitoes during the dark / night please be prepared with good repellents.

Fajny czas ze znajomymi. Obiekt na uboczu, więc cicho i spokojnie. W apartamencie cieplutko (niestety dopadły nas przymrozki an dworze) , bardzo dobrze wyposażony i na prawdę czysty. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo sprawny i pomocny. Co ważne mogliśmy przyjechać z naszym małym pieskiem, co na duży plus oczywiście. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt – genauso gut wie der erste

Dies ist bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt und wie immer war alles wunderbar. Das Apartment ist sehr komfortabel und sauber. Der Service ist freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. In der Nähe befinden sich Geschäfte und das Stadtzentrum ist leicht zu erreichen. Ich komme gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Koszmarny pobyt

Ostrzegamy przed tym obiektem i właścicielem. To była najbardziej nieprzyjemna sytuacja, z jaką kiedykolwiek spotkaliśmy się podczas podróży. Po wejściu do apartamentu zastaliśmy brudną pościel z plamami i włosami, brudne naczynia, zmywarkę z zaschniętym brudem oraz niesprawny zamek w łazience, który uniemożliwiał nawet przymknięcie drzwi — przy czterech osobach oznaczałoby to korzystanie z toalety przy otwartych drzwiach. Apartament w ogóle nie nadawał się do użytku. Wszystko zgłosiliśmy natychmiast i udokumentowaliśmy. Właściciel obiecał sprzątanie „za godzinę” (o 22:00), ale czekaliśmy prawie do 2:00 i nikt nie przyszedł. Najbardziej szokujące było zachowanie właściciela, który od razu próbował przerzucić winę na nas, sugerując, że to my zabrudziliśmy apartament i uszkodziliśmy zamek — mimo że byliśmy tam kilka minut, a brud był zaschnięty od dłuższego czasu. Takie insynuacje były bezpodstawne i bardzo stresujące. Obawiając się kolejnych oskarżeń, wykonaliśmy pełną dokumentację zdjęciową i filmową przy wyjściu. Przez ponad 3 godziny wisieliśmy na telefonach z Booking i właścicielem, próbując znaleźć rozwiązanie. W apartamencie spędziliśmy ok. 3,5 godziny, nie korzystając z niego w żadnym stopniu. Booking zwrócił dwie noce, ale właściciel obciążył nas kosztami jednej, mimo że lokal nie spełniał podstawowych standardów czystości i sprawności technicznej. Oferta była bezzwrotna, ale nie zwalnia to obiektu z obowiązku oddania go w stanie umożliwiającym pobyt. W regulaminie obiektu znajduje się też bezprawny zapis o zakazie publikowania zdjęć „naruszających dobre imię gospodarza”, co samo w sobie budzi ogromne wątpliwości. Zachęcam do przeczytania pozostałych negatywnych opinii — wiele opisuje bardzo podobne sytuacje. Wiemy też, że właściciel w odpowiedzi na tę opinię będzie próbował nas oczernić. Jesteśmy uczciwymi, doświadczonymi podróżnymi i nigdy wcześniej nie spotkaliśmy się z takim traktowaniem i takim brudem.
