The location. The peacefulness, view & pool. We had a lovely welcome tray with pasta, wine, a tin of tomatoes & olive oil, which was a lovely & unexpected gesture.

It was perfect for us. It had a rustic feel about it. If you want perfect crockery, matching cups etc it may not be for you.
