the room is very small for standard room for 2 persons... comfort room has separated area, shower in other side..ssink in other area and toilet in other area.. terrible room they assigned to us. The GOOD THING IS.. one of the Front Office lady staff did an awesome job for us-Kudos to you.. i requested for a change room.. still standard room but bit better a bit bigger than the first one.. though still no window but at least looks like normal room .. comfort room is in one area,,shower,sink,toilet.. not like the first room they gave ..very weird and you feel suffocated because the space is too small for 2 persons and no window. Better not book for standard room if they happened to give you the RM 209, a trauma room!

The room has enough space, the view outside the window is not so much but it's ok. The bed is super comfy, temperature is right. And I love the round bathtub and the water pressure here. The location is nice, have to walk a bit (not short but not too far) to the bus stop or metro station but then it's easy to access all the attractions. 7-11 and Family Mart are very close but for more food choices, you will have to walk further a bit. The area feels safe and not loud, which is good. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Breakfast is the same everyday and the western food is pretty basic. They didn't make up the room every day, which is probably written in some policy that I didn't read. (they changed to towels everyday but didn't wash the glasses / only made the bed 1 time in 4 nights)

Enchanting Japanese-style room. Good breakfast with tasty good selections. Strong hot shower. Clean and quiet.

The dining room staff were unfriendly.

Great to have a big washing machine and dryer in the hotel (you need 5 x 10c to operate). The front desk will change money for you. The staff are helpful, the airport shuttle is good value and the location is close to the train station, 7/11 and Familymart

The hall and room smelt damp, there were a lot of dehumidifies running everywhere. They are re-doing the carpets soon so that might help. The breakfast had good coffee, but didn’t have many western options. Also no Netflix streaming on TV and lift often congested
