La ubicación a una cuadra de la playa y la casa era muy cómoda !
Que el anuncio decía:vista al mar, no es así, pero igual está a una cuadra del mar.

The position is perfect, one step from the sea and one step from the pedestrian area of the center with restaurants, a few minutes walk to the central station from where the train goes to Rome (30min) and bus to airport (30min)
Private beach in front is excellent (Lido with yellow umbrellas), well-kept. Entrance, 2 deckchairs and umbrella was 27 eur. 300-400 m further on is a public beach that is free of charge ( wasn`t there so do not know details). Supermarket Carrefour 600m away, working 24h.
The apartment is comfortable, clean, nice yard, safe environment, police station across the street. Kitchen equipped with all the basics.
Excellent value for money, we would definitely come back again.
The hosts are great and pleasant.
-no wardrobe or shelves
-the mattress beds are not very comfortable
-a lot of mosquitoes in the yard
