Great stay

Perfect hospitality from Alessandro, with a free late check out and storage for our luggage so we could enjoy our last day. He gave us lots of tips from supermarkets to restaurants, and the free airport shuttle made this stand out from the rest. The 2 bed apartment was great for our needs and was equipped with everything you could want.. It was easy to walk to the centre. We would definitely stay again.

Incredibly gracious host and the 24hr personal airport shuttle - a life saver!

It was clean and spacious. Great for our tired selves getting in late. The host Alessandro was so gracious and kind. The 24hr airport shuttle made all the difference for us.

Pleasant stay, slightly out of town centre.

The owner picking us up at the airport and taking us back was a big selling point which saved on having to locate the apartment and meet the owner to get the keys. It also saved on the inconvenience of having to get the free shuttle or taxi into town from the airport or perhaps hiring a vehicle. The train station was a 25 minute walk or a short bus ride into the centre. Kitchen was functional with a small table enough for the four of us. Air con systems in each of the bedrooms worked okay. Overall, was happy with our stay

Unfortunately, the nearby local store suggested to us by the owner to use on arrival wasn't open during our week long stay so we had to find an alternative store further away (20 minute walk) which was an inconvenience but nothing major. A more inconvenient issue was with the shower which ran hot and cold intermittently and wouldn't stabilise, so you had to bob in and out in between too hot and too cold. I did mention this to the owner who may have been aware of the problem as he didn't get back to me on the matter or ask about it when taking us back to the airport. How to use the air con units would have been helpful but again, not a deal breaker along with tv's that we couldn't use properly but we hadn't gone to Italy to stay in and watch tv.

Lovely apartment but AC is missing

Apartment is very spacious, it is well equipped, lots of kitchen utensils, coffee machine with capsules, WiFi works really well. There is a lovely balcony with a small table and chairs. Apartment is located in a very calm area, close to a bus stop. Owner of the flat is great - very friendly, fast in responding and very helpful. He picked us up from Bergamo railway station and dropped us at Bergamo airport (shuttle to Malpensa is not provided).

Unfortunately, there is no AC in the flat - in a warm day it gets very hot and a portable air conditioner or a fan do not help (provided by the owner upon our request). Shower is rather small with a tap that does not regulate the water well (it changes the temperature too fast).

Amazing appartment

Appartment is beautiful, very spacious, and perfectly clean. Our host, Alessandro was very helpful, he waited for us on airport, and take us to the appartment, and also on day of departure he drive us to the airport. Position of appartment is excellent - quiet neighborhood, but very good connection to the center - bus station is literally in front of the building, and bus is driving directly to the center of the Bergamo. Very nice grocery shop is few steps from building, and lovely bar is on the same corner. We are delighted with everything, and this appartment is our choice next time in Bergamo.

Super accommodation with great facilities, in an excellent location, would not hesitate to book again if I find myself in bergamo, free airport shuttle too and from the airport which is a massive bonus and takes the headache out of booking taxis, or catching a bus would just like to say a big thanks to Alessandro for accommodating us it was a pleasure staying at your apartment.

Awesome stay

We would like to thank Alessandro for his great cooperation during the whole stay! He picked us up at the airport, communication with him was lovely from the beginning till the end and he definitely made our stay more special. The apartment was very nice and comfortable with all needed amenities. There are several bus stops near by and it has a cosy balcony.

Wonderful stay and friendly host!

We had a wonderful stay! Antonio was super nice and he picked us up from the airport (for free) which was amazing because we had a very late flight. At departure he drove us back to the airport as well. The apartment is very nice and spacious and has everything you need.

The apartament was perfect! Spacious, lovely kitchen and very very clean. Great located close to the train station not far from the centre 10-15 min walk. Love the free shuttle! It takes you the headache to find a cab or uber. Sandro was a lovely host!1 Thank you! Love Bergamo sooo clean and so beautifull architecture.

A comfortable and well equipped house.

The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. As we were not in Bergamo for tourism and needed to be in a comfortable house, this one attended all our needs. The host is very friendly. The location is good, not far from the city center but we have our car. It is possible to find a free parking around the apartment and there's also a supermarket nearby.

Despite having heaters in the whole house, the ones in the bathroom and kitchen were great, however the heater in the bedroom wasn't warming over 24C degrees and it was turning off automatically during the night, so there was a bit of cold air in the bedroom during the night. The cleaning needs a bit of improvement as there was dust everywhere.

Excellent!!! It’s great apartments! Wonderfully furnished, cleanly, there are all kitchen utensils, there is no noise from the street, the apartments are warm, although it was cold outside! there is a washing machine (detergent was kindly provided at our request). walk to the city center (sitta alta) about 15min. Alessandro, the owner of the apartment, was always in touch with us, hospitable pleasant Alessandro, thank you! Delighted free transfer at night!

Just what you need before or after a long trip

The place has everything needed for a comfort stay. Despite i only stayed one night I felt at home. Alessandro, the host, would be super caring and at your disposal for anything you need. Arrived to the airport on time, and had a pleasent ride. i would totally recommend either the place and the host.

Really nice owner, picked up us from the Airport, took us to the apartament and then to the city Centre, so we could enjoy our trip right away, and recommended few good places to eat. He also offered to take us back to the Airport on the way back at 7.00 - I was really amazed. Apartament was very clean and cozy in good localization.

Nice and clean apartments - excellent value for the money you pay

The apartments are very nice, and clean, with big rooms, quite a big kitchen, a balcony. Nothing super-exciting, but for the price you pay - excellent value for the money! The owner is very welcoming and helpful !

The only things I'd like to mention -- ongoing renovation of the building just in front of the apartments. Works start at 8am - a bit noisy if you want to sleep longer. Be ready for ~15 mins walk to the city center.

Właściciel był bardzo, bardzo pomocny – odebrał nas z miasta i zawiózł do apartamentu, przekazał mnóstwo cennych informacji, co warto zobaczyć i gdzie dobrze zjeść. Co najważniejsze, następnego dnia zawiózł nas na lotnisko w cenie apartamentu – ogromny plus! Apartament był ciepły, czysty, z szybkim Wi-Fi, TV, w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią oraz balkonem. Bardzo, bardzo, bardzo dziękujemy i z całego serca polecamy zarówno apartament, jak i gospodarza!

Transfer z letiště skvělý, netekla teplá voda, v bytě bylo chladno. Zklamání.

Netopilo topení- teplota v bytě nestoupla nad 19 stupňů, což bychom ještě nějak zvládli, ale netekoucí teplá voda byla opravdu problém.

El dueño Sandro es fantástico, servicial y muy muy atento. Estaba esperando en el aeropuerto y todo fueron facilidades. La ubicación genial, caminando hasta la ciudad baja y la ciudad alta, cerca de un gran supermercado para hacer la compra de alimentos.

Por poner una mejora la ducha no tiene la temperatura estable, pasa del frío al caliente. Y el aire acondicionado no tenia instalada la salida de aire al exterior.

Appartamento ben arredato, letto comodo e camere da letto grandi e silenziose.

Non saprei, tutto ok. La posizione un po’ fuori il centro, ma tutto a portata di mano incluso un bar dove fare colazione con paste buonissime e spremuta d’arancia tarocco spettacolare.
