Beautiful island, stayed in a lovely hotel and was looked after by warm but professional staff

The staff were fantastic and when we had a challenge with our room they upgraded us to another room without hesitation. The ethos of the whole staff was to make everyone’s stay a pleasure, nothing was too much trouble. They were open to conversation and talk about the island and themselves whilst being attentive.

Cats did seem to be everywhere and as I’m not a cat lover it was a minor annoyance.

Paid for a 4 star hotel but got a 2.5 stars

Location was nice and the hotel is beautiful

Bad sewage odor from the bathroom especially at night. The food was a catastrophe, only people who can’t cook find the food amazing. One simple example was the French Toast, it seemed as though they were deep fried. Just horrible, I would recommend replacing the whole kitchen staff or sending the head chef to train.

Lovely hotel but be prepared to party with loud music every night

Lovely location, excellent and varied selection on the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with different food themes for dinner each night.

We were not put in the correct room on arrival and was only moved to our correct room on the evening of the second day. We were provided with complementary use of the paid-for suntanning gazebos for two days for the inconvenience. We were surprised and somewhat disappointed that this hotel, despite being for adults only, was actually a “party” hotel with live music and loud entertainment every night. This went on from 8:30pm to 11:30pm each night so you have no chance of getting an early night sleep unless you are deaf! We just felt that this live entertainment should have been disclosed up-front as we would have chosen a different hotel and would have enjoyed our evenings more elsewhere.

We had a lovely holiday. A week was enough,

The beds are very comfortable, it’s a modern hotel. Lovely lobby area. The staff are well presented, helpful and clean. The food is good

The sunbed situation is awful, the pools are not big enough to cater for a full hotel. The wasps are awful and nothing seems to be done about it. Not able to book in at restaurants as already full. I also got an upset tummy from something at the hotel and my mom was sick too from food.

Good location, nice food, but the hotel needs a maintenance overhaul

Great location and good facilities

Everything broke down. We got stuck in the boiling hot lifts 5 times in 5 days! Aircon in bedroom didn’t work so moved rooms then after 3 nights the Aircon in the new room stopped working

Perfect for going outside the high season.

The beach is great, super clean and calm. The beds were super comfortable, and the view was amazing from our room. The staff is super polite. They have a bus every day to and from the city centre, so it was helpful.

Some days the restaurant had a waiting line. It was clearly due to a lack of personnel to clean the tables, because there were empty tables, but with used cutlery. We went beginning of May, so I can only imagine that during high season, it will probably not be so comfortable. Also, we stayed there for 7 nights, but we weren´t able to make a reservation at the a la carte restaurants.

Дуже приємні враження від готелю.

Дуже комфортний готель з усіх сторін. Навіть , коли почалася велика злива і затопило балкон - було запропоновано переселитися в інший номер висщоі категорії . Готель невеликий, але все дуже продумано , приємний персонал , дуже- дуже смачна їжа ( respect шеф-повару) , гарне прибирання. Адміністратор допомагав вирішити всі питання. Відпустка вдалась. Дякую.

Es war alles in Ordnung und hat unsere Erwartungen (in Hinblick auf alte Bewertungen) weit übertroffen!

Panorama da sogno, struttura accogliente

Soggiorno perfetto all’Atlantica Nissaki Beach! Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera base ed è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: molto pulita, carina e con una bella vista sul mare. Il cibo è stato uno dei punti forti della vacanza: davvero buonissimo, con piatti che cambiano ogni giorno e serate speciali a tema. Lo staff è dolcissimo, sempre gentile e disponibile, e l’atmosfera è rilassata e accogliente. La posizione è fantastica: bastava scendere le scale per trovarsi davanti a un mare stupendo! Nonostante qualche preoccupazione iniziale, abbiamo sempre trovato lettini disponibili sia nella zona piscina che nell’area sul prato o sul mare. Inoltre, tanti gattini adorabili girano per la struttura, aggiungendo un tocco in più di dolcezza. Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo. Siamo felicissimi di aver scelto questo resort e lo consigliamo senza esitazioni!

Uniche piccole accortezze: l’ascensore dell’hotel è piuttosto lento e molto piccolo, sia nei tempi di attesa che nel raggiungere i piani, e spesso ci si ritrova a doverlo condividere con più persone, rendendo l’esperienza un po’ scomoda. Inoltre, nella camera base (non so se sia lo stesso per le altre tipologie), il bagno non ha alcun sistema di ventilazione, la porta è in vetro e non si chiude completamente, risultando più simile a un separé. La doccia è walk-in e, nonostante l’attenzione, l’acqua tende a fuoriuscire facilmente, allagando il pavimento di tutto il bagno e rendendo l’ambiente poco pratico.

Vakariņās viesmīlis piedāvā dzērienus, pats var paņemt tikai karstos dzèrienus no automāta. Bija reize, kad, pa vidu vakaru, viesmīlis tà arí nepienāca, lai piedàvātu ūdeni vai sulu, arī citā vakarā nācās ķert viesmīli:) Privātajā baseinā varētu būt siltāks ūdens.

היה לנו כיף וענה על מה שרצינו מהחופשה הזאת

מקום ממש יפה! החדרים מרווחים ונוחים, היינו 3 בחדר טווין ולא היה צפוף בכלל. האוכל טוב ומגוון יחסית, השתייה בהכל כלול סבירה (האלכוהול זול) אבל עדיין נהננו מזה. הצוות נחמד מאוד והאווירה הכללית כיפית ממש

המזגן בחדר לא כלכך עבד טוב ואחרי שאמרנו אמרו לנו שאין כלכך מה לעשות עם זה (מיזוג מרכזי)
