About this house rental
If you're looking for the perfect house in the perfect place to have your dream vacations, you just found it! This is the most modern 4 bedrooms vacation house, perfect for a family or friends vacation. Clean decoration, wide divisions, light rooms, fully equipped with modern technologies, barbecue, swimming pool, ping-pong table and so much more. It is located in a quiet country area in a private condominium five minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches of Portugal.
It is a two-story house, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, secondary garden and a large garden with a huge swimming pool, fruit trees, grass and deck areas and fully equipped barbecue. The decor is very modern and the shines sunlight in every room. It has all the necessary equipment for the perfect vacations, cable TV, music system, WiFi and DVD player. If you have children, there are lots of games and distractions for all ages, small children toys, football and basketball balls and a basket and ping-pong table. It is also fully equipped to prepare the most tasteful meals using the kitchen and the coal griller. We have parking for more than 3 cars inside the condominium.
We are ready to provide you the best experience! Before you arrive, we will provide you with our best restaurant tips, traditional products and places to visit. When you arrive, you will have a basket with the best products to welcome you. During your stay you will have the basic groceries and other essentials to start your vacations with quality. We are only calling you to help you with any problems.
Once a week the company that cleans the swimming pool and garden will eat the house, do not worry, they will not bother you and they will leave after the work is done. Thank you for understanding!

Das Haus ist neu und modern eingerichtet, es ist sehr sauber, hat einen schönen Pool mit einem netten Garten, in dem man auch kleinere Ballspiele machen kann (gerade bei Kindern wichtig). Die sonstige Ausstattung beinhaltet alles, was man für einen Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung benötigt (Geschirr, Besteck, Grundgewürze, Öl, Grill, etc.).
Die Vermieterin Marina ist sehr nett und es war ein toller persönlicher Kontakt. Mit einem persönlichen Willkommensgruß und -korb fühlt man sich schon bei der Ankunft herzlich willkommen.
Die Reparatur eines Defekts an einem Rollladen wurde innerhalb von 2 Stunden von Mariana (der Vermieterin) organisiert und dann auch fachmännisch von einem Handwerker durchgeführt. Das lief ohne große Beeinträchtigung ab. Wirklich sehr gut!
Die Lage des Hauses ist ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß von einem schönen Sandstrand am Atlantik entfernt (ca. 10 Minuten per Auto). Es gibt in der Nähe kleinere Einkaufs- und Fischläden. Allerdings sollte man ein Auto haben, da man ansonsten größere Einkaufszentren bzw. Strände nicht erreichen kann. Einzig die Hof- und Wachhunde der Umgebung können mit ihrem Jaulen und Heulen ab und an anstrengend sein.
Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Besuch von Lagoa de Albufeira mit einem Bassins, in dem der Atlantik bei Flut einströmt und bei Ebbe wieder heraus. Dadurch entsteht ein strömender Fluss, in dem man sich auch mit Kindern treiben lassen kann. Ein riesengroßer Spaß.
Alles in allem können wir die Lage, das Haus und vor allem die Vermieter empfehlen und würden das Haus wieder buchen.

We had a great time at the villa. Mariana was very helpful, welcoming and ensured we had a great stay. The pool was nice and cool which was ideal for those hot sunny days and big enough for all 5 of us to swim. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay as relaxing as possible.
