The size of the room

Fantastic hotel. Really private but still near everything. Nice and easy to get to and the staff and service were exceptional. A special thank you to Hasan who was absolutely incredible arranging our trip and we look forward to visiting again soon. 😊

N.a. Everything was perfect.

A great facility with potential to be excellent. Pool was lovely and the beach setup is beautiful, the variety of places to eat, get a drink and snack were good.

This hotel was a few weeks from being ready for guests. The staff were untrained (it took 50 mins for 3 staff members to check us in!) there were lots of building works still ongoing, the rooms were unfinished with holes in tiles, sealant missing in the shower which caused a flood, key card holder was broken so we had to balance a key to have power in the room, curtains were on the floor instead of hung at the windows etc.. when we asked for these things to be rectified nothing was done 3hrs later. It was left to a manager at 9pm to hang a curtain and apologise for the other issues. The restaurant had no milk one morning at breakfast, so no tea, coffee, cereal! Staff across the complex didn’t know where facilities were or how to help on several occasions. The car parking was chaotic as so many construction vehicles were coming in and out of the narrow lane. There is potential for this to be a lovely hotel, but it felt like they have opened too soon and there is still a huge amount of work to be done.
