- the location was okay (about 17 mins by car to the Matrei ski resort)
- there was enough parking space (we were able to park 3 cars there for the two apartments)
- kitchens in both apartments have all that was needed, however the smaller apartment does not have a microwave
- there was a safe for valuables (at least in the smaller apartment)
- both apartments have a dishwasher
- they have nice cats and bunnies
- there was no place for storing skis, so we had to leave them in the car
- there were no trash bins outside where we could empty the inside trash bins

Good value for the money. The location is good, a few minutes by car from Lienz. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, parking down the accommodation. The host is very helpful and friendly. We have had a wonderful holiday season.
Nothing really relevant. I would just update the cutlery and some utensils in the kitchen. Kitchen paper missing and some pyrex and others for baking.
